All start with lowest dose/tier one at initiation; each dose for at least 4 weeks (1 month) before dose can be increased. Dose adjustments will be customized to each client and discussed at monthly check in, virtual follow up visits. Maintenance dosing and administration will be customized to each client and reviewed at check ins as well.
Each monthly package will include: a month's supply of medication and your virtual follow up visit with the provider after 4 weeks. Virtual follow up appointments will be 15 minutes in length. We ask that you schedule a follow up visit ahead of time to ensure timely delivery of your medication. You may self-checkout your medication package, but ask that you review any dosing adjustments with your provider at your virtual visits.
