Initial Weight Loss Consultation

$200 initial consultation, which includes:

• 30 minute initial consultation with medical provider (Doctor or NP)
• Review of weight management program
• Review of past medical history, personal laboratory values (if pertinent)
• Plan of care and recommendations from medical provider regarding best weight management program and/or medications customized to client

This $200 Consult Fee will be deducted from first month’s subscription payment if enrolled in the weight management program.

Weight management program includes, but is not limited to:

• One month supply of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide
• Monthly virtual check in appointments with medical provider
• Access to medical providers (Doctor or NP) for questions
• Dietary education and guidance
• Access to supplement support
• Ongoing lifestyle, nutrition and weight management support
