Hormone Balance Visit, with Labs (Current clients only; NOT currently accepting new patients)
$375, includes: Virtual follow up visit with physician, full panel hormone lab testing, and follow up appointment with provider to review results and treatment plan if needed; includes prescription recommendations if indicated. (Cost of medication not included, paid directly to pharmacy by individual).
All treatment plans are customized and tailored to each individual client; follow up plan will be discussed with providers during visit. All visits take place over zoom, unless alternative communication is addressed.
